The Clinic for Special Children is hosting the 12th Annual Plain Community Health Consortium conference at the Holiday Inn/Imperial Event Center in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This year’s conference, themed Rooted in Care, Growing in Knowledge, will focus on the identification, treatment, research, and care of rare genetic disorders in the Plain communities across North America.
